If you feel I may be able to help.
Please contact via email, telephone, text or the contact form below, whichever you feel most comfortable using. I will aim to reply to you as soon as possible Monday to Friday. Enquiries received over the weekend will be answered as soon as possible the following week. Please be assured all messages left, in all formats will be confidential.
If you decide to telephone and I am unable to answer your call, please leave your contact details and an appropriate time for me to call you back.

ALL assessments are conducted by the completion of a written assessment form via an encrypted email server, prior to our first online meeting. I will explain this further during our initial contact.
Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes, on a weekly basis, at the same time each week.
Session Fee: Individual £45
Supervision Fee: £45 per Hour
Please contact me if you feel I may be able to help, and we can discuss your options further.
